I've spent 8+ years working with enterprise clients on complex technical projects, and lately I've been deep in AI product development. I like operating at the intersection of business and technology. I ask a lot of questions, build prototypes quickly, and iterate until it works.

Bridging the gap between "here's what we want" and "here's what we shipped." Keeping projects moving, teams aligned, and stakeholders informed.
Product Development
Building AI-first products from scratch: HugeContext, Docsalia, Claritude. All in production, all solving real problems I encountered.
Process Innovation
Finding workflows that feel painful and automating them away. Whether that's dev tooling, data pipelines, or team coordination.
How I Work
Start with Questions
I ask a lot of "why" before jumping to "how." Understanding the actual problem (not just the stated one) is usually half the work.
Build, Test, Iterate
Fast prototypes beat long debates. I'd rather ship something small, get feedback, and improve than wait for the perfect plan.
Make It Work, Then Make It Good
Get to "working" as fast as possible. Then optimize. Most problems reveal themselves once the system is actually running.
Keep Teams Aligned
Clear communication prevents most problems. I over-communicate status, blockers, and next steps so nobody's surprised.
